1. How do I place an order on your website?
It’s incredibly simple! Browse through our clothing collections, select your desired size or color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done shopping, click on the cart icon, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched from our facility. Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp/Call at 9991680414with your Order ID to request a cancellation or modification.
3. Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?
Yes, we do offer custom tailoring/stitching services for select ethnic wear and unstitched suits. Please look for the “Custom Stitching” option on the product page or contact our customer support to share your specific measurements.
Note: Custom-stitched outfits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
4. What are your shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999]. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 60] will be charged at checkout.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most pin codes in India. A standard COD handling fee of ₹ 80may apply.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Custom/Stitched Outfits: An additional 5 to 7 days for tailoring before dispatch.
Once your order ships, we will email and WhatsApp you a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
9. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. The clothing items must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
10. How do I request a return or exchange?
You can raise a request by emailing us at gangoliclothhouse@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 9991680414 with your Order ID and photos of the item. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return package reaches our store and passes a quick quality check:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will reflect in your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.

COD Orders: We will transfer the refund to your provided Bank Account or UPI ID within 7 business days.
