At Gangoli Cloth House, we strive to provide you with the finest quality clothing and an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy Return and Exchange policy.
Please read the guidelines below carefully to understand our process.
1. Policy Overview
Return/Exchange Window: We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Items: Clothes must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and business reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-stitched or tailored outfits.
Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or marked as “Final Sale”.
[Optional: Accessories, innerwear, or specific delicate fabrics].
2. Conditions for a Valid Return/Exchange
To ensure your request is accepted, please make sure the product meets the following criteria:
The product must have the original brand tags, price tags, and labels attached.
The clothing must be free from any stains, perfume scents, sweat marks, or signs of wear.
The original invoice or order confirmation must be presented.
Important Note: We highly recommend filming a brief unboxing video when you open your parcel. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, this video helps us fast-track your replacement or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these simple steps:
Submit a Request: Contact our support team via email at support@gangoliclothhousegmail.com or WhatsApp/Call us at 9991680414 within your eligibility window.
Provide Details: Mention your Order ID, the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the request (e.g., size issue, defective product).
Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address through our courier partner.
Note: If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will request you to self-ship the item back to our store address, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
If Approved:
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment mode (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will be requested to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred within 7 business days after receiving the details.
Store Credit Alternative: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit/gift voucher to buy another clothing item immediately.
If Rejected: If the product fails the quality check (e.g., it is stained or washed), it will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Exchange Policy
Size/Color Changes: If you want a different size or color of the same product, the exchange is subject to stock availability.
First-Time Exchange: We offer the first exchange for an order free of cost. Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a nominal shipping fee of ₹600 .
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and you will have to follow the standard return process after delivery.
